Where are you based?

I work from a studio in a Cairns, Queensland Australia. All orders are made and shipped from here.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are shown in Australian dollars, however you are able to view prices in USD, CAD, INR, GBP, EUR & JPY by using the drop down menu at the top left of the site (next to the search bar).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We use the Australian Post service Pack and Track and provide tracking to all destinations/countries where this is available.

How long do orders take before they are shipped?

All dolls are handmade to order and depending on the size of the order and the doll, orders take between 2 - 12 business days before shipping. This is a guide only as often times it is quicker and we will always contact you if there is the possibility of delay due to a large amount of orders in the system. If you have an urgent order request, we will always try to accommodate if you contact us in writing first - we will let you know what is achievable!

Are the dolls durable for play?

Yes, the dolls are primarily designed to be played with by children unless otherwise stated. Please read all descriptions carefully as age guidelines and safety options are important to know before you order. 

When will I receive my Collectible Pixie order?

The Collectible Pixies are a Limited Edition with only 1 doll being released each month. Therefore, once all the order numbers are confirmed at the end of that month, the dolls all get cut and made per the exact amount ordered. This process takes approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the units ordered, and the dolls are delivered to you the following month. 
If the doll is for a particular date, please always check in writing if this can be accommodated before your place your order, to avoid disappointment

How long will my order take to be shipped if I am a purchasing from a country other than Australia?

 The usual turnaround time for shipping Internationally is approximately 2 weeks.  International deliveries are significantly delayed. Please check the updates from Australia Post, from the link on our homepage for estimates.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the parcel once it has been shipped, and we do not receive different tracking information than the customer receives.
