TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL- Although These Little Treasures sell items appropriate for children, we do not sell items directly to children. For customers under the age of 18 years, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Every effort is made to accurately represent all our listed items for sale, however, due to the nature of digital formatting, colours may slightly vary from the actual product.
- Import customs or other such taxes, if applicable, will have to be paid by the purchaser upon delivery
- At These Little Treasures, we are committed to respecting your privacy as a consumer. We do not disclose any of your personal information to other businesses unless it is a necessary requirement of our shipping process. We do not rent, sell, lease, loan or otherwise divulge customer details to any unrelated third parties.
- Personal details such as your name, address, email address and gift recipient information is only collected for the purpose of processing and despatching your order. If you have chosen to join our mailing list, we will keep your contact details as long as you remain a current subscriber.
- By using our site you consent to our privacy policy.
- The security of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. These Little Treasures uses 128-bit SSL encryption for protection of all sensitive information. This technology is the industry standard and offers the highest level of encryption available. It ensures your personal information and credit card details are secure and protected. Your credit card details are used for the sole purpose of processing your order and are not stored on our systems.
- There is a flat rate delivery charge of $AUD10.00 for all orders shipped within Australia and $AUD25.00 for all orders shipped internationally.
- At These Little Treasures we strive to have your order ready for shipment within 3 to 5 days of receiving it. We use Australia Post delivery service which will have the majority of our parcels delivered to you within 2 to 5 business days of shipping for Australian orders and 3 – 10 days for International orders. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- To keep delivery costs as low as possible, we do not offer next day delivery as standard, although some areas may receive parcels in this time frame. If you require next day delivery, please contact us and we will provide a quote.
- While we make every effort to ensure all our items are in stock, sometimes out of stock situations will occur. If a product you order does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
- If you accidentally provide the wrong address when placing your order and the parcel is returned to us, we are happy to send it again to the correct address. Unfortunately we are charged by Australia Post to resend parcels so this means you will incur an additional postage charge. Regardless of the value of the order, all parcels requiring resending will incur an extra postage charge equal to the original charge (i.e $10 for Australian and $25 for international).
6. REFUNDS/RETURNS
1. General Returns/Change of Mind Purchases
We feel so confident you will be delighted with what you buy from us that we offer all our customers a money back guarantee. When you receive your order, if your purchase from These Little Treasures is not what you expected, you have the option of returning your items to us for a full refund of the product price subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds for change of mind purchases are for the product price only, not the amount paid for postage.
- The cost of the return postage is at the customer's expense.
- The items must be returned in their entirety and in original condition within 14 days of receipt.
If for any reason your purchase arrives to you in less than perfect condition, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement and we will cover the cost of the return postage. The items ordered must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to report any damaged or faulty products.

7. PAYMENT
- You are required to pay the purchase price specified on the website at the time you place your order. Shipping and insurance (if applicable) will be shown separately.
- Payment can be made through our web site via Visa, Mastercard.or a Paypal account. All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax where applicable. Payments will be processed upon receipt of your order.
- Please see our security section for details on the measures we have taken to ensure your payment details are secure.
- If your order is being delivered outside of Australia, you must pay any other sales, use, goods and services, value added, customs, excise or similar taxes or charges (“Other Taxes”) imposed by any government agency wherever applicable.
8. COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the Internet is not precise.
As we batch dye many of our items and due to the hand made nature of our products, we are not able to guarantee that colour reproduction will be exactly as it appears on your screen. Instead, we like to think of each piece as unique with a hand-made, one-of-a-kind charm.
